Additionally, Elettra performs certification of machines and safety components in accordance with the standards specified in Annex IV of Directive 2006/42/EC. In particular, the company is accredited for the following areas of activity:
- Vehicle lifts (code 16)
- Safety devices designed for the detection of people (code 19)
- Logical blocks for safety functions (code 21)
For these categories of machines, Elettra is authorized to issue the Type Examination necessary to obtain CE certification for the product, thus allowing its marketing in the European market with full compliance with current regulations.
